This Easy Cushion is Seatree’s very first cushion foundation and I feel that they are pretty ambitious with the release of 3 different cover designs (Pink whale, Red dress and Dreamy cat) for its two shades (no.21 and no.23). Well, good and bad really. Good because the brand is known in the K-beauty scene for its quirky and colorful drawings on the packagings. Bad because one design may sell out faster than the others, but that is just their logistic issue.

Now, as for its performance, this is what I have to say. This cushion have a buildable coverage with a soft, dewy finish. However, if you decided to apply a second layer of this cushion, you definitely need to put in a little more effort in patting it so that it blends nicely and look natural. You will also need a setting powder for this cushion as it transfer easily. As this Easy Cushion does not have an oil control feature, sebum shine does come much faster for someone with a combination skin like mine. On average, I noted about 3~4 hours of wearing before shine starts to show, and 6 hours before becoming patchy. For such a moisturizing cushion, it’d be better for someone with a normal skin type with imperfections to conceal.

I suppose I can use a foundation brush to pick up the liquid and apply it on my face, but that would just defeat the purpose of it being a cushion now would it?
