I am pretty sure that for some of you, while on the hunt for some of the interesting Asian beauty brands out there, you must have come across or hear about the brand 1028 Visual Therapy.
The brand originates from Taiwan and is best known for their V-shaped treatment sheet masks (1028 Moisture V Activating Mask) and themed eyeshadow palettes (1028 Brownie Eyeshadow Kit, 1028 Mont Blanc Eyeshadow Kit, 1028 Macaron Eyeshadow Kit). They are also very well received and well liked for their simple yet effective formulas that really treats the skin as it beautifies it, hence the “Visual” and “Therapy” in its name.
I own a couple of products from the brand and will be sharing a little more about them on the little roaring blog. First up today is their SuperWear Oil Control Primer SPF25 in 02 Purple.
Read on to find out all about it!

Personal take | : | I have actually purchased this bottle of primer many, many months back. I have also tried this primer for a long time before I decided to finally talk about it on the little roaring blog today. I have paired this primer with a couple of my BB cushions and I thought it performed pretty decently so I wanted to share this with you guys here.
The primer itself is a very lightweight, milky-textured product which glides over the skin effortlessly and dries into a matte finish almost instantly. It is not sticky and your skin will not feel stuffy at all. The lilac color does an amazing job of brightening the complexion and adequately in the oil controlling part. As a primer, it does helps to prolong the durability of base makeup with a record holding of 9 hours for me on a good day! In conclusion, this primer is a wonderful product to have for oilier skin users and the lilac color corrective effect makes this a winner in my opinion. PS. If you have a normal or drier skin type, you may want to look at the brand’s Glow Primer, available in 01 White and 02 Pink. This range of primer is enriched with Avocado Oil and Olive Oil for rich moisture and protection. |
Will i recommend it? | : | Yes! But only if you have a combination/oily skin type. |
