When we talk about brands that does very well in eyebrow products, what are the few brands that comes to mind?

If you said Benefit, well, you are one of the many people whom I have asked and gave the same answer. Benefit is, without a doubt, one of the pioneers in developing the eyebrow mascara (or Browcara in K-beauty context).

Some months ago back in May, together with other bloggers/influencers/industry big names, we were all invited to witness the AbracadaBROW BIG REVEAL for Benefit Cosmetics. While some of us were guessing that it had to be more skin care products, none of us knew better. When it was time for the big reveal, International Spokesperson and Global Brow Expert Jared Bailey hopped onto the stage and presented us with a myriad of products. Specifically, a whole new revamped, repackaged and expanded eyebrow collection! There were altogether 9 product types, with some having additional shades beyond the familiar 3 previously.

Now fast forward 3 months later, after having tried the NEW Benefit Gimme Brow on a more regular basis, I am ready to give you a review proper today! Read on to find out all about it.

Try-out period	:	Every morning, on and off, for a period of 2 months
Personal take	:	Before this newly revamped and expanded Gimme Brow range, I am already a fan of their previous version that was housed in a brown plastic tube in a pink box outer packaging. Now, in comparison, they are both just as easy to apply, comb and even out (with a spoolie in my case). It looks very natural and very fine. The trick here is to remember that the eyebrow follows a gradation too – the tip is always lighter/a little faded as it gets darker towards the tail. Meaning, light to dark. Using a spoolie (like the one end of the Goof Proof Brow Pencil or Precisely, My Brow Pencil), comb through the tip portion of the eyebrow (already applied with Gimme Brow that is) for like 4 times, 3 times in the middle, and just 2 times at the tail. If you find that the eyebrow still look a little “dark”, simply repeat the above but just reduce it in similar ratio — lightest, lighter, dark, until the desired intensity and look. Also, a gentle note that you should look at your eyebrows from a distance away from the mirror. In the real world, no one will be looking at your eyebrows that up close. Your Gimmed Brow-ed eyebrows should look natural and a close match to your natural, or current state of hair color. Avoid having stark eyebrows by following the recommended color shade your Benefit BA suggests, and always even out by going through with a spoolie in the ratio I suggested earlier. So, what about my take on it? I LOVE IT! I love that it gives me that alert, awake and smart look and sort of make my eyes pop. I have sparse eyebrows in certain parts and this Gimme Brow helps to make it look even and fuller. The Gimme Brow does hold up for the entire day a gentle tap or dab on it after it sets when I perspire, does not make it transfer. Also, have I mentioned how easy it is to use? Well, it is very easy to use and to master it.
Will i recommend it?	:	Yes! Whether you are a boy or a girl, or just looking to spiff up your look, this is one easy step to do so.
