Sorry i haven’t been uploading any product reviews recently as i have been out and about celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year. With family and friends, relatives and neighbors dropping by my place for a visit, i barely had the time to sit down and write. Anyway, since i do not have much activities planned for tomorrow (Sunday), i thought i can do a re-post of a product review i shared on Instagram previously. Come, let’s take a look!
To be honest, the sort of makeup i use on my face is very limited. Besides the standard BB cream and lip balm, the only other item i use is an eyebrow mascara.
Yup. You read it correctly. I do mean an eyebrow mascara. Specifically, the Eco Eyebrow Mascara from Korean brand Innisfree.
I want to show you guys the blurb from the brand’s website but the product does not seems to be listed anywhere anymore. So i googled and found this instead:

| Personal take | : | This is my very first Eyebrow mascara and honestly i  did not know what to expect. When i first tried it on my eyebrow in the shop, i just think to myself that i HAD to get it because i didn’t think it is of any much difference to the one from Benefit. I mean, when i brushed it on, my eyebrows looked neat and plush and i appears to be more….alert? Fresh? Regardless, i knew i had to get one and own it.
Regarding its wearability and durability, there are at least 2 other colors available to choose from depending on your hair color (to match) and one application in the morning lasted me for about 8 hours. Pretty good i would say. edit: I forgot to add that towards the end of the day, removing this was effortless! Simply use lukewarm water, or basic makeup removers, and all traces of the mascara are gone! |
| Will i recommend it? | : | Yes! I have also recommended this to my other friends who drew their eyebrows like two dashes across. I told them using the comb-type eyebrow mascara would give them a more natural finish. BUT BUT BUT…be light handed about it because my friend who accompanied me to try it in the Innisfree store came out looking like Crayon Shin Shin. 😛 |
