According to a survey conducted in the UK, it was discovered that we spent an average of 11 hours 48 minutes a day looking at the screens of television, computer, phones and tablets (source). With that much time straining our eyes and not getting sufficient shut-eye, it is no wonder we slowly develop dark circles and tired looking eyes! So worried was i about my circles getting any darker, I quickly went out to get a box of whitening eye mask hoping it would help somewhat.
