Review: Berrisom Horror Mask – Skull (Black Rice)

Okay, so having already reviewed the Pierrot sheet mask, it is time to post the review of the other one mask under the Horror line – the Skull (Black Rice) mask from Berrisom.

I have also previously tried the animal sheet masks from the brand and really quite enjoyed every one of them. If you would like to read about them, do visit the respective variants in Sheep (Vit C & Arbutin), Dog (Hyaluronic Acid) and Cat (Collagen).

According to the brand, the Berrisom Horror Mask – Skull (Black Rice) is/has:

  • Rice extract (200ppm): Whitening, improves elasticity, nourishing, antioxidant
  • Ceramide 3 (1,000ppm): Moisturizing, repairing, skin strengthening
  • Hydrolyzed Collagen (100ppm): Moisturizing, improves suppleness and elasticity,
  • 100% cotton sheet mask that is soaked with a super moisturizing combination of both Glacial milk and Ceramide content

And here’s my experience with the sheet mask:

(I am totally digging this Skull sheet mask!)

Roaring view for [Berrisom Horror Mask – Skull (Black Rice)]:

Product’s packaging : Simple plastic pack with a tear-to-open slit at the side towards the top
Product’s texture : Cotton sheet mask is soaked with essence and feels heavy
Product’s scent : Very sweet, like candy
Price point : SGD$4.90
Can be purchased from SASA Singapore outlets islandwide, and SELECTIV’ by Sasa
Try-out period : Once
Personal take : I purchased this together with the Pierrot sheet mask at SASA knowing how well the animal sheet masks from the brand hydrated my skin previously. Furthermore, these were not the usual animal face and i thought it’d make a good addition to my mask try out.

Anyhoo, the Skull sheet mask is a lot more hydrating than the Pierrot one and it does make the skin look brighter and more rested after putting it on for just 20 mins. I believe that the combination of Rice extract, Licorice root extract and Ginger root extract really does help in keeping the skin clearer and brighter, and i will definitely be stocking up on this!

Will i recommend it? : Yes!
