If you guys remember, i did a NEW LAUNCH post a couple of weeks ago about the rising trend of facial sheet masks that comes in adorable character design (here). It so happened that just last night, i chanced upon a shop that carried a couple of these adorable sheet masks and i immediately grabbed a couple and decided to put them to the test! Let’s take a look!

The little shop carries an assortment of Korean beauty products that are highly-sought after in Korea, or highly raved about by bloggers and beauty editors. For the new character sheet masks, they only carry a few variations so i bought all of them. When asked about the remaining designs, the staff told me that the rest were either out-of-stock in Korea, or were already sold out at the time of my purchase last night. Anyway, nevermind, i’ll definitely be back to check out the rest when they are available; here are what i got last night:

Alright, back to the product review. So first up, i tried on the SNP Animal Tiger Wrinkle Mask.

Let’s take a look at the product blurb from the brand:

Product’s packaging	:	Simple plastic mask pack with an animal face printed sheet mask. The sheet mask material is thin but adheres to skin nicely
Product’s texture	:	The mask is soaked with essence that feels a little sticky
Product’s scent	:	Sweet-floral scent
Price point	:	SGD$4 (Price is after a store discount)

Try-out period	:	Once (20 mins)
Personal take	:	The mask is cute – that’s a win! The scent of it is sweet – another win! The mask is soaked wet with essence – third win! But…but..but…i left it on longer than recommended and only removed it upon the 30 mins mark and boy was i regretful! The mask has dried up almost completely to the point that i almost had to peel and lift it away from my face. Ouch! So, please DO NOT exceed the 20 mins maximum time given. I did and it was a painful lesson! Note: Because i left it longer than recommended, i cannot comment to its hydrating ability as my face felt parched when i removed the SNP Animal Tiger Wrinkle Mask. I will take note of this and comment on it when i try the Animal Panda Whitening Mask from the same brand.
Will i recommend it?	:	Yes! Just remember to set your timer to 19 mins or something to be safe!
